On-line registration closed
The on-line registrations for WCTR 2010 are closed from Midnight,
Fridat July 9th (CET). From now on, conference delegates must pay
their registration fees at the conference venue.

Deadline of submission of papers extended
Given the difficulties reported by many authors to comply with the
deadline to submit their papers, we have decided to postpone the
deadlines as follows.
May 31st: Deadline for submission of final papers (for
authors not subject to full review).
June 25th: Deadline for submission of final papers
(for authors who indicated full review)

Due to the high number of papers being reviewed, we are experiencing
some delays on this process. For this reason, some authors may have
not received their comments yet. According to our estimates, the
process should be finished on the coming days. Thank you very much
for your understanding.

The deadline for submission of papers for full review
has expired
The deadline for submission of papers for full
review has expired on 7th Feb 2010. The possibility of submitting papers for full review
will remain conditionally open until 21st February, but
the decision whether each paper will be fully reviewed
for possible publication lies now with the corresponding
Topic Area Manager.

Deadline for "Full paper review" postponed
The deadline for authors' decision on whether the paper is to be
reviewed has been postponed to December 31st.
Authors who want to change the "Full review status" of their papers
can do so on the Conference Management System (www.digitalpapers.org/wctr2010).

abstracts submission period for WCTR 2010 has closed on September
15th, with more than 2200 abstracts received.

The registration fees are updated
In its meeting
of July 17th 2009, the Steering Committee of
the WCTR Society has decided to increase the
normal membership fee for the period July
2010 / June 2013 (payable at the Lisbon
conference), and to reduce the fee
for participants from lower middle income
and low income countries and for students.
