Registration

The Registration Fees and
Terms and Conditions are available
below.
To attend the WCTR 2010 in Lisbon you need to
make your registration and pay online. To do so,
you should:
1) Go to our Conference
Management System:
https://www.digitalpapers.org/wctr2010;
2) Create a new user
account using the link on the right, or login
using your existing account (this is the case if
you are an author or co-author);
3) Choose
Payments > Conference registration; a
pop-up will open with the payment form;
4) Fill in
the form, choosing the type of registration
applicable to you, and make your payment using
one of the following methods: bank transfer or
credit card (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX);
After the process is finished
you should receive an e-mail confirming your
registration.

The registration of accompanying persons for
the Gala Dinner and Social Visits is
available when the participant makes his own
registration.

In its meeting
of July 17th 2009, the Steering Committee of
the WCTR Society has decided to increase the
normal membership fee for the period July
2010 / June 2013 (payable at the Lisbon
conference) to 120, and to reduce the fee
for lower middle income and low income countries and for students,
respectively to 70 and 40. We apologize
for having posted the previous value of
100 for some weeks. In order to attend
the Conference the payment of the Membership
Fee is mandatory.
The WCTRS membership is for a three-year
period which goes from one World Conference
on Transport Research to the following
Conference. The next membership period will
be from June 1st 2010 till May 31st
2013, including then the 12th WCTR which
will be held on July 11-15, 2010 in Lisbon (click
here for further information).

Terms and Conditions
|
|
Cancellation Policy
Until 31st May: 50% refund.
After 31st May: no refund
Cancellation must be sent in writing to the Conference Registration Secretariat
(e-mail:
hcarvalho.lisboa@abreu.pt)
In case of participants who paid only the full review fee (15% of
the applicable registration fee), this amount will not be refunded.
